Mass-loss has plateaued a bit in the last week, but started back up in the last two days, so that's comforting. Clothing is starting to fit more comfortably, and my measurements are certainly decreasing (at a much steadier rate than my mass). I have found a new favourite thing!

Double D make a line of sugar free lollies for diabetics, but they suit Dukan to a tee. They're easily the best-tasting sugar free lollies I have encountered so far, as they don't leave a bitter after-taste. Their sugar free butterscotch is well ahead of even Werther's Original! They even have a limited edition range of gummy bears, which I plan to buy up on this afternoon.
I must say, artificial sweeteners are becoming much more palatable of late. When you forget what sugar tastes like, the substitutes don't seem so bad! I guess this could be reassuring for anyone looking to try this diet, or any other sugar-free diet.
Eating vegetables is certainly appealing; a tub full of chopped carrots, capsicum and cucumber is a great addition to my lunch box, and Meghs makes a ripper vegetable soup!
I'm going around to a mate's place on Thursday to play some board games, and I'll be trying an experimental ricotta cake. Essentially a cheese cake, but low-fat ricotta is much cheaper than low-far Philadelphia!
